ウクレレ個人レッスンご利用にあたってのお願い

この度は、ウクレレ個人レッスンにご関心をお寄せいただきありがとうございます。
レッスンを円滑に進めるため、以下の内容をご確認いただき、ご理解・ご協力をお願い申し上げます。

1．レッスンについて

• レッスンは【対面】または【オンライン】で行います。
• レッスン時間は【1枠50分】、料金は【7,700円（税込・スタジオ代込み）】です。
• 教材は受講者ご自身でご用意ください。
• レッスンで習いたい内容を事前に考えてきていただけると幸いです。
• レッスン時にウクレレを持ってこられない方は、ご予約時にその旨お知らせください。
• 万一、講師側にトラブルが発生し、レッスン実施が困難になった場合は、別日程での【振替レッスンをご案内】させていただきます。
• 対面レッスンは、西武新宿駅、新宿西口駅、新宿駅から徒歩圏内のスタジオにて行います。
  詳細はご予約確定後のメールにてお知らせいたします。

2．ご予約とお支払いについて

• レッスンのご予約確定後、【確定メール受信後】に、1週間以内の銀行振込にてお支払いをお願いいたします。
• お振込が確認できない場合、ご予約は自動的にキャンセルとなる場合がございます。
• 都度払い制となります。振込手数料は受講者様ご負担でお願いいたします。
• 今後、料金の見直しを行う場合がございます。その際は事前にご案内いたします。

3．キャンセル・遅刻について

• キャンセルは【レッスン日の2週間前まで】可能です。
• それ以降のキャンセルについては、【返金できかねます】のでご了承ください。
• 【遅刻された場合でも、レッスン時間の延長は行いません。】
  スケジュール管理にご協力をお願いいたします。

4．レッスン予約の流れ

• ご予約は【不定期開催】【都度払い】【先着順】で承ります。
• 予約開始から【最初の1週間は1枠目の募集】となります。できる限り【第3希望まで】ご提出ください。
• 1枠目に応募したけれど取れなかった方を優先し、【1週間後に2枠目の募集】を行います。
• 2枠目以降の募集については、随時SNSにてお知らせいたします。
• 長期不在（海外滞在など）があるため、曜日固定レッスンは基本的に行っておりません。

5．オンラインレッスンに関するご案内

• オンラインレッスンでは、受講者様ご自身で安定したインターネット環境・機材（カメラ・マイク・ウクレレ等）のご準備をお願いいたします。
• 通信障害や受講者様側の機材トラブルによる影響については、原則、振替・返金はいたしかねますのでご了承ください。
• レッスンはZoomにて行います。事前にアカウントをご準備のうえ、予約時にお知らせするリンクよりレッスンの日時になりましたらアクセスしてください。

6．個人情報の取り扱いについて

• ご提供いただいた個人情報は、【レッスン管理・連絡業務】のみに使用し、これ以外の目的で使用することは一切ありません。

7．安全・マナーについて

• レッスン中の怪我、往復中の事故等について、講師は責任を負いかねますので、十分ご注意ください。
• 講師または他の受講者に対する迷惑行為や、モラルに反する言動があった場合、受講をお断りまたは退会していただくことがございます。
• また、講師のレッスン方針・運営方針にご理解いただけない場合も同様の対応とさせていただきます。

8．自然災害・緊急時の対応

• 地震、台風などの自然災害、講師の急病など、やむを得ない事情によりレッスンを中止する場合がございます。
• この場合は、別日程での振替レッスンをご提案させていただきます。

9．ご連絡について

• レッスン内容に関するご連絡は、【レッスン時のみ】受付いたします。
• その他のお問い合わせは、【ご予約内容に関するもの】に限り、運営スタッフよりご連絡させていただきます。

Guidelines for Private Ukulele Lessons

Thank you for your interest in taking private ukulele lessons.
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following guidelines carefully before participating.

1. About the Lessons

• Lessons are available in person or online.

• Each session is 50 minutes long and costs $70 USD per session (includes tax and studio fee for in-person lessons).

• Please bring your own ukulele and materials.

• If you will not be bringing your ukulele to an in-person lesson, kindly inform us when booking.

• It would be greatly appreciated if you could think in advance about what you'd like to learn in your lesson.

• In the event that the instructor is unable to conduct the session due to unexpected issues, a make-up lesson will be arranged.

• For in-person lessons, the studio is located within walking distance of Seibu-Shinjuku Station, Shinjuku-Nishiguchi Station, and Shinjuku Station.
  Details will be provided in the confirmation email.

2. Booking & Payment

• Once your lesson is confirmed and you receive the confirmation email, please complete your payment within one week.

• Accepted payment methods:
  Bank transfer (within Japan) or PayPal (international or domestic).
  Payment details will be provided in the confirmation email.

• If payment is not received within one week, your reservation may be automatically cancelled.

• Lessons are pay-as-you-go. Any transfer or PayPal fees are the responsibility of the student.

• Fees are subject to change in the future. Any updates will be announced in advance.

3. Cancellation & Lateness

• Cancellations are accepted up to two weeks prior to the lesson date.

• Cancellations made within two weeks of the lesson are non-refundable.

• If you arrive late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time. Thank you for your understanding.

4. How to Reserve

• Lessons are held irregularly, on a first-come, first-served basis.

• For the first round of booking, please submit your top three preferred time slots within the initial 1-week period.

• If you applied for the first round but could not secure a slot, you will be given priority in the following round.

• Additional booking rounds will be announced via social media.

• Please note that fixed weekly lesson schedules are not available due to extended periods of absence such as overseas travel.

5. Online Lessons via Zoom

• Online lessons will be conducted via Zoom.

• Please create a Zoom account in advance.
  After your lesson is confirmed, you will receive the link to access the Zoom meeting.

• Make sure your internet connection and equipment (camera, mic, etc.) are properly set up.

• We regret that no refunds or make-ups can be offered for issues caused by your own devices or connection.

6. Handling of Personal Information

• Any personal information you provide will be used only for lesson scheduling and communication.

• Your data will never be shared or used for any other purposes.

7. Safety & Conduct

• We cannot be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the lesson or while commuting.

• If you display any behavior that is disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate toward the instructor or other students, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your participation.

• The same applies if you are unable to respect the policies or approach of the instructor.

8. In Case of Emergencies or Natural Disasters

• In the event of natural disasters (such as earthquakes or typhoons), or instructor illness or emergencies, lessons may be cancelled.

• In such cases, we will propose an alternative date for a make-up lesson.

9. Communication

• We kindly ask that lesson content discussions take place only during lessons.

• All other inquiries should be limited to booking-related matters, and will be handled by our support staff.

10. Special Requests or Notes
